The latest addition to, Am Weinberg Boutique Hotel in Klein Windhoek, will open in July, Brenda Munro, National Sales Manager: Southern Africa, told Tourism Update in an interview.

“The elegant 43-bedroom hotel wraps around a heritage building, creating an inviting courtyard. This design complements its historic character, while modern amenities ensure the utmost comfort,” says Munro.

Accommodation comprises 12 Courtyard Fountain Level rooms; 15 Courtyard Upper Level rooms; four Courtyard View rooms; and five Loft rooms that sleep two people per room. There are also five Family Loft rooms that each accommodate four people; and two Terrace rooms (3 bedrooms) that each sleep six. The hotel’s total accommodation is 104 guests.

The Courtyard Fountain Level rooms are on ground level, and offer direct access to the fountain courtyard; while the Courtyard Upper Level rooms are one floor higher and have balconies that overlook the courtyard.
Courtyard View rooms have mountain or city views and Loft rooms have a kitchenette, lounge and a loft bedroom. The Family Loft rooms have a sleeper sofa for children in the lounge and the Terrace rooms have a private pool.

Facilities in the hotel include a spa, a restaurant, wine bar and lounge, and the conference centre. The two conference rooms can each hold 100 delegates, and the rooftop venue can accommodate up to 40 delegates. There is complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel.
